Due to the recent changes in guidance from the CDC and OSHA, we wanted to take the opportunity to contact our patients and update everyone on our COVID-19 protocols. As your trusted dental care providers, we take an especially keen interest in ensuring we are doing all we can to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and mitigate risk in our community. As you know, we take the health and safety of our staff and patients very seriously. With all that in mind, we are currently taking the following steps: All patients and guests will be required to be pre-screened prior to entry. All patients and guest will need to wear a face mask to enter. We respectfully ask that our patients not bring any unnecessary guests with them to their appointment. Please have anyone driving you wait in the car. Our team has gone through additional training and is well versed on how to handle themselves, our office, and our patients amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We have implemented further cleaning and sanitizing protocols to include sanitizing surfaces multiple times throughout the day. This includes door handles, light switches, and all touched surfaces. We are monitoring the positivity rate in our community on a daily basis and are prepared to change our protocols as required. Most importantly, please stay home if you feel sick or have a fever, we are happy to reschedule any upcoming appointments you may have. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate throughout this difficult time. The protocols we are currently taking are considered “best practices” by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We hope our efforts bring everyone comfort as we continue to provide our valued patients with the safest dental visit.
